Good luck to those taking part in the 200 free event in club champs tonight between 5-7pm
For those swimmers in Potential and Performance squads that aren’t swimming in the event there will be no training.
4-5 training for Development is unaffected. However, if you’re in Development squad and swimming the 200 free you’re not expected to train before the event.
